Pueblo Publishing specializes in books about Southwest food and folklore. While we’re new, we’re not new to publishing… we’re an imprint of Mystical Mindscapes, founded in 1992.
We’re in the process of building this site and will be opening shop in July 2011 with a list of cookbooks featuring the foods and flavors of Texas and New Mexico. We’ll be expanding from there and growing our list with both fiction and nonfiction.

We’re currently looking for more cookbooks and books about life in the Southwest. We’re interested in receiving proposals for books about shamans and shamanism in New Mexico and tall tales from Texas, as well as Native American arts and crafts, such as basket weaving and dream catchers.
